King Gillette Ranch, situated on 588 acres of land in the heart of Calabasas and the lower end of the Las Virgenes Valley is the ideal setting for the festivities Nights Of The Jack has in store for you. The broad meadows and low ridge lines serve for an amazing backdrop to experience the "must see" Halloween experience in the greater Los Angeles area.
WHAT IS NIGHTS OF THE JACK?
Nights of the Jack is a family friendly DRIVE-THRU Halloween experience. Expect to see some larger than life pumpkin installations as well as detailed artist depictions of your favorite movie stars, sports heroes and animated characters!
WHEN IS NIGHTS OF THE JACK?
Nights of the Jack takes place from October 1st - November 1st. We open at 6:30pm and close at 11:00 pm. We have designated time slots starting at 6:30pm or 7:00pm depending on the date and ending at 10:00 pm. Advanced ticket purchase is required.
HOW LONG DOES THE EXPERIENCE TAKE TO SEE?
Due to heavy volume this season, ticketholders should expect slightly longer wait times than usual before entering the trail, approximately 45 mins. Please plan accordingly, especially if you have small children. The trail itself is approximately one mile long and it is self-guided from your vehicle. Visitors are welcome to experience the attractions at a 5MPH speed limit and generally spend 35 minutes viewing the attractions once on the trail. There is NO STOPPING permitted on the trail.

IS NIGHTS OF THE JACK SCARY?
Our trail experience is NOT scary but can be a little spooky in a few places.
DOES NIGHTS OF THE JACK HAVE FOOD AND BEVERAGES?
Unfortunately, due to strict LA County Health Department regulations, NO food and beverage will be made available this season. We highly suggest that you pack food and drink for your experience, especially if you have small children.
DOES NIGHTS OF THE JACK HAVE RESTROOMS?
Unfortunately, due to strict LA County Health Department regulations, NO restrooms will be made available for ticketholders this season as no one will be permitted to leave their vehicle. We highly suggest that you find a nearby restroom prior to your arrival, especially if you have small children.
IS THE EVENT FOR ALL AGES?
ALL ages are welcome to attend our event and there is truly something to enjoy whether you are old or young.
WHATS THE REFUND POLICY?
All tickets are non-refundable. Our show will operate rain or shine.

DO I HAVE TO BRING MY PRINTED TICKET TO THE EVENT?
We encourage you to bring a printed copy of your ticket to be scanned for expedited entry or please have your digital ticket ready for scanning on your TIXR app.
IS IT OK IF THE NAME ON MY TICKET OR REGISTRATION DOESN'T MATCH THE PERSON WHO ATTENDS?
Yes, each vehicle ticket has it's own QR code for entry. Each vehicle must have a ticket, it’s not necessary to match the name to the attendee.
IS THERE SECURITY AT NIGHTS OF THE JACK?
Attendee vehicles will pass through a security check-point prior to entering our activation zone.
CAN I BRING MY DOG TO NIGHTS OF THE JACK?
Generally, there are no pets permitted on the grounds of King Gillette Ranch, only service animals. However, if your pet remains in your vehicle at all times, like you must, then we will allow your furry friend to join you during your experience!
CAN I TAKE PICTURES?

HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?
This season we will be charging per vehicle. Your ticket is valid for the legal number of occupants permitted in the vehicle. Every occupant must be in a seatbelt or car seat. Tickets are $69 per vehicle, up to 7 people. A $20 Large Vehicle add on is required for vehicles with 8-12 people which is purchased upon check out.
WHY DO I HAVE TO CHOOSE A TIME WHEN I PURCHASE A TICKET?
We allow only a certain number of vehicles to enter the trail per time slot as there is a limited capacity and number of tickets we can extend for each time listed.

CAN I ARRIVE EARLY?
Only the 6:30pm and 7:00pm sessions can arrive up to 30 mins prior to their time slot as they are our first sessions of the evening. Every other time slot must arrive at their ticket time and you have a 30 minute window from that time to check-in. Early arrivals impact our footprint and don’t allow us to process earlier timeslots efficiently. If you have a 7:30pm or later ticket, please do NOT arrive early.
CAN I BUY TICKETS AT THE DOOR?
No tickets will be available for purchase at the door, you must purchase all tickets in advance online. We encourage you to visit the website frequently as additional ticket allotments may be released.
ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?
All tickets are non-refundable. The event will operate rain or shine.
CAN I CHANGE MY TIME SLOT?
Unfortunately no, you may not change your time slot for a purchased ticket.
DO I HAVE TO BRING MY TICKET TO THE EVENT?
Yes, all tickets are scanned upon arrival. We can scan your phone or printed ticket for entry.
